The film that adapts the number of fiction and animês created by Akira Toriyama has no cast Justin Chatwin (Goku), James Marsters (Piccolo), Chow Yun-Fat (Master Kame), Jamie Chung (Chi Chi), Eriko Tamura (Mai) , Joon Park (Yamcha) and Emmy Rossum (Bulma).
James Wong, director of the first and third Premonição, signs the movie for Fox from its roadmap. The production is Stephen Chow, actor and director of Shaolin Soccer and Kung-fusion.
